Welder, 1st shift – Welds production castings and cleans welds as needed; operates plasma cutter to clean castings.

Core No Bake, 1st shift – To produce a quality core by operating the Mini-Mixer to fill no-bake core patterns and assembling no-bake cores.

 Saw Operator, 1st shift –  Operates a stationary saw to cut gates & risers off castings as identified on shop cards to meet customer’s specifications and quality levels.

Maintenance/Electrician, 1st shift – Performs a variety of foundry start-up and machine/equipment maintenance functions.

 Rotolift, 1st shift – Operates molding machine to make quality molds.

No Bake Material Handler, 1st shift – Operates forklift vehicle and provides general utility services.

Portable Grinder, 1st shift – Removes excess metal, flashing, parting lines and other imperfections as identified on shop card, by use of available equipment to meet customer’s specifications and quality levels.

QC Inspector, 1st shift – To become proficient in all aspects of Non-Destructive Testing, the Quality System, and to understand all military and customer specifications.

Mold Support Crew, 1st shift –  Supports Molding Line by melting and pouring metal, removing mold from poured castings and general utility work within the foundry

Successful candidates must be hands-on and mechanically inclined with a positive attitude and good attendance. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that includes high temperatures. Some positions require heavy lifting. Some weekend hours may be required. Prior foundry or manufacturing experience a plus, but not required. 4-day work week.
