Mold Support Crew Member, 1st shift – Supports Molding Line by melting and pouring metal, removing mold from poured castings and general utility work within the foundry.

Pattern Inventory, 1st shift – To control pattern inventory and distribute and store pattern equipment for all production departments

Cope and Drag Utility Worker, 1st shift –  Set cores, prep molds for pouring process, remove castings from shaker and prep for cutoff operations

Straightener, 2nd/3rd shift – Straightens castings to meet product specifications

Shell Core Operator, 1st shift – Operates shell core machines to produce quality cores.

Production Control Lead, 1st shift – Provides production schedule to production facility, overseeing the communications between departments; responsible for all communications and activities relating to the Production Control Department. Maintain and support a productive working environment while striving to improve the flow of production

Cold Box, 2nd shift – Operates the Cold Box Core Machine to produce quality cores

No Bake Knock Out,  2nd shift- Removes no-bake sand cores and no-bake sand molds from castings

QC Inspector, 1st shift – Inspect castings according to customer specifications

Portable Grinder – 1st shift – Removes excess metal, flashing, parting lines and other imperfections as identified on shop card, by use of available equipment to meet customer’s specifications and quality levels




Successful candidates must be hands-on and mechanically inclined with a positive attitude and good attendance. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that includes high temperatures. Some positions require heavy lifting. Some weekend hours may be required. Prior foundry or manufacturing experience a plus, but not required. 4-day work week.
